My name is Priscilla W. Curda and I am a candidate for reelection in Precinct 4. I have been privileged to serve l6 years and want to continue my service to Danvers, my hometown. One of the most pressing issues facing our town is financing the renovations at the high school and the rehabbing of the Holten/Richmond Schools for a middle school. I am in favor of voting for the funds to start the design phase for both schools as delaying will only add to the final costs. The study committee has presented a very well thought-out plan which can be implemented over a period of time so that the financial impact on the citizens of Danvers will be stretched over a period of time.

Some of my other activities over the past years have included volunteering in the schools, a charter member of the Diversity Committee, President of the Danvers Historical Society and presently serving as a read-share volunteer at the middle school.
